White Crater Ciwedey is a of the crater on Patoha Mountain.This mountain located on the island of Java, Indonesia, precisely in the area south of Bandung in West Java province, 2386 meters high.

White crater is usually covered with clouds. In July and August, temperatures can reach 10 degrees celsius in the daytime and drop to 5 degrees Celsius at night. Administratively, this area was in Ranca Bali area, about 44 km from the city of Bandung, in Sugih village, district(kabupaten) of Pasir Jambu. Patuha word comes from the Old Man, or Patua. Local residents often call the Patuha Mountain(Elder Mountain). In the past people considered the mountains and this white craters a sacred place, so no one would dare go there. Even the birds do not dare to fly on it
